This programme aims to groom future women leaders through close mentoring and the rigorous study of selected social issues and concerns in Singapore. The programme consists of a Community Service component and an Academic Research component. Pupils are given opportunities to contribute to a heartland community by serving as Assistants to Petition Writers at Meet-the-People Sessions (MPSs) at different constituencies.
